"Clean room"

"The hotel apartment was nice and in a good location 6min walk to the station or a 1 min walk to the ferry. The rooms are on the small side as not much room to store bags. This could be fixed if the lamp and small table removed as not need and just get in the way. This is where you could put suitcases. The thing i like was the moment something wasnt working properly it was fixed the same day or next. Would definitely stay here again"

"The hotel exceeded all expectations. We arrived and our room was not quite ready. The check in staff offered us a voucher for two glasses of champagne while we waited; they then come to find us to tell us the room was ready and they had upgraded us. We had a lovely room with a nice view. On the way back after dinner we stopped at 12th knot for a couple of cocktails and enjoyed the atmosphere and great view over St Paul’s. Our room was on the 9th floor, not the biggest room we have ever stayed...

"We stayed in a large studio and were really impressed with the size compared to a lot of other properties in London. Very clean with everything you need (apart from decaf coffee!) We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. Would definitely stay again."

" Stayed for 9 days . Location is ideal for london. Main attractions are a walkaway. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff friendly and helpfull. Only the hotel ambience was too dark. Room had very low lighting. "

"We had a brilliant stay here for a weekend away. The breakfast was lovely and there was a large selection of breakfast buffet items alongside a cooked breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was and added bonus to have water, milk and coffee avaliable in the room free of charge. The hotel is in a good location for sightseeing and exploring london. Would 100% stay here again. "

"We loved staying at this location. Everybody on staff was nice and accommodating. The rooms were nicely updated and clean. When we checked in, it was pretty late and were worried about dining options. Lucky for us, the bar/restaurant area was still open. For late night, they offer pizza - which saved us! We loved the proximity to Borough Market - just a few minutes of walking away."
