Hotel berdekatan Tasik Thingvallavatn

"Kristinn, the host was amazing. We simply asked for a later check out and she gave us an additional 2 hours, no problem. Place was adorable, hot-tubs were hot, plenty of parking for us all."

"The staff was extremely helpful and kind, there are also multiple useful utilities inside to help travellers who come from or are going camping. Everything is kept clean and we had a great time!"

"Great location and cozy cottage, but bring your own food if you're vegetarian! The cottage was perfect for our family vacation. After a long day of walking and sightseeing, relaxing in the hot tub was a wonderful bonus. The location is ideal—it's very close to the Golden Circle and the Kerið crater. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator, which came in very handy. A quick tip for vegetarian or vegan guests: the on-site restaurant has almost no...

"Room is small and small fridge is loud. Close to blue falls and geyser area."

"Cozy hotel! Super clean!!!"

"Room was big and clean that was fairly comfortable. The unit felt private. The hot tub was nice more like a hot bath outside but still pretty sweet. Beautiful area very close to the Golden Circle."

"This is a good choice if you need a mid point to take a break on your way south. It’s very basic so don’t expect much, but the twin beds and pillows are very comfortable. We chose it hoping it’s far enough from the city lights to see the aurora, but no luck with all the clouds in the way. It’s still a decent place, no wake up call offered but I was able to go out of both exits on the upper floor regularly to check for aurora. I’d stay here again if too tired to drive."

"Just wow!!! The view and how the owners managed to build such a tiny cabin (as per the description) while using every inch of the cabin to make it useful and easy to use! Great job and we wish we stayed more than one night!"

"Superior service from reception desk and waiters/waitresses. Reception desk will call you at night if northern lights are visible. And the northern lights bar is a lovely, open place to sit, day or night. Dinners were consistently excellent in the beautiful glass-enclosed restaurant, although only the fish changes each day. But we had the fish each night and each time it was superbly prepared. Seafood chowder and gull cheese are stand-out appetizers. Terrific thermal pool."

"Dinner and breakfast was great. The room was a really good size. Location was easy to get to everything we set off to see."

"There's no breakfast during the off-seasons, and no toiletries except hand soap and toilet paper, so make sure to bring your own. There's a microwave and they offer to store things in the fridge if needed, but overall a bit inconvenient. Everything else was good though, and the staff and dogs were friendly."

"Fantastisk og helt unik sted!"

"Did not receive any notification on the keycode. Fortunately someone staying in the areas assisted me to call the owner. Kitchen top was very small"
