"What the rooms lack in character and charm (the floors are bare no rugs and are kind of dark), the staff makes up for by going out of their way to be helpful. The woman at the front desk made arrangements for me to park across the street so I could check in with my kids. Very helpful. Crazy that Hilton is charging instead of providing complimentary water bottles. Really?!! "
