"Excellent location and room amenities. The Dyson hairdryer and espresso machine were a special touch. Dinner at night on the patio at La Scala and cocktails prior at the rooftop bar were spectacular with a view not to be matched. Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Definitely get the room with the lake view and two balconies."

"The view from our balcony room was magnificent! View of the river, the lake & the surrounding mountains. We were lucky to have sunny clear sky during our stay. However, we had terrible luck with the shower. Water ran too cold or too hot, and sometimes it slowed to a drip!! We should've notified the front desk to call a plumber, but we were too busy enjoying our outings in Luzern!!!"
