"This hotel was a delight to stay for two nights. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to medeu was an excellent addition. The lodge itself was nice and clean, comfortable and the breakfast delivered to your room was a nice touch. We struggled to get the sauna working on the first night but this was fixed within minutes. The restaurant located on site whilst is aesthetically pleasing is not for everyone’s taste. Room serving options were good though. Overall an enjoyable stay...

"The hotel is nice overall — good bed, solid infrastructure and a beautiful building, although a bit old. For skiing, it’s a convenient option, located about 15 minutes from the slopes, and the free parking is a plus. However, the friendliness and courtesy of the staff are quite low, so don’t expect warm service. Still, it’s a decent stay and works well if your main goal is skiing."

"Their breakfast was so great and all other restaurants and shopping places are nearby the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff are very friendly. Overall, everything was great. It was nice to stay."

"Polite staff who were happy to help at any time, and overall a neat and nice place to stay. Wifi connection did go out at times, but was otherwise stable and even excellent for the price of the stay. I highly recommend staying here :) There are plenty of shops and restaurants within 2km of the hotel, so there's always somewhere to go. "

"The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases."
