"Your staying will much depend on the next door neighbors. If you get a team of sport teenagers, your nights will be a nightmare and you will have to look for their coach to make them quiet. "

Gym is very reasonable and adequate (open 24/7). Only problem is inconsistent stream of hot water - the hot water in the shower is sometimes pulsating, making the showering experience unpleasant (this issue wasn't present at all times, but rather at certain days and times.
