"My room was very clean. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was fresh and offered lots of variety. Did not utilize parking, but the hotel is centrally located near various forms of public transportation. We were able to bike, bus, or use the rapid transit quite easily. This hotel is in a great location near many shops and cafes. I highly recommend and hope to return some day!"

The service in the lobby area (Emil's) was good and the choice of refreshments was good; prices reflected the ambience, cosy and plenty of seating. The room was excellent. The air conditioning was easily adjustable, and the bathroom facilities were ideal. "

"The buffet staff and lobby receptionist were nice. Water pressure in the restroom is strong. Spacious rooms. And hotel is near everything:food, train, shopping centers. Plus, the hop on and hop off bus stop is in front of the hotel. "
