"Check in experience not good, no smile, not friendly, slow and dosent know what she is doing. Keep asking the same question despite answered her 3 different times. FNB staffs all with a smile. Chef at roti bakar prepare the roti without me asking after the first day he know how i want my roti bakar. Impressive! Check out experience very professional and great by the indian lady (not able to catch her name) The whole experience changed from worst to great by the caring runner, attentive fnb staffs n the great checkout experience.
