"I booked this hotel on the basis of it being slightly out of the centre and therefore quieter. However I had the worst night sleep of my life as there was an all night rave going on in the hotel (an organised event!) and I was on the first floor above it. The bed was literally vibrating from the bass and when I phoned down at 3.16am I was told by reception ‘there is noting we can do’. Awful, not what I expect from Hyatt."

"Clean, comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful with the need for extra pillows. We didn’t have breakfast but you can pay for it if you wish. Only issue was the lighting panel was on the headboard and it kept waking us up when one of us moved in the night and only way to stop this was to take the key card out the wall meaning no power, was a little frustrating. Prefect location for the train station though and easy access to shops, would definitely recommend if your on a budget and we...

"Lovely hotel and rooms. Staff are helpful. Only downside is no kettle or drinks in room. Each floor has a drink station for tea, coffee and water which is well stocked but having to go out for drinks is a little tedious plus no milk anywhere "

"Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Weichsel. Man kommt mit dem Bus 300 vom Flughafen und steigt an der Haltestelle Jubilat aus, von dort noch ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Unser Zimmer war zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Man hatte leider keinen schönen Blick aus dem Fenster, vielleicht sollte man doch besser mit Flussblick buchen.
