The property was very nice and clean. The staff was hit or miss. The biggest issue is the waterpark. When I made the reservation it appeared that it was included, but when I got to the hotel they charged extra.

Krakow is a very old but historical city. The place was very nice and the staff were very helpful. Our daughter was not feeling well and the staff bent over backwards to provide us a room almost immediately.

Convenient location to the centre and it was a picturesque location by the river. Friendly staff and a nice sized family room with a river view. The AC wasn’t easy to work with and we couldn’t get the room temperature low enough for comfort. The breakfast wasn’t great value for money as it was a bit chaotic in terms of people traffic and food items weren’t quickly replenished…but they were the only real criticisms

We had a lovely stay at Novotel before the holidays. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were spacious and had a nice welcome message there. The swimming pool, which was a decision determining factor when we booked this hotel, was closed, however. So that was a bummer. The parking was available in the garage below the hotel, which was convenient.

Saving the Earth with "drip showers"

Wonderful hitel, very modern and clean with excellent staff! However its not enjoyable to take a "trickle shower" in the name of the environment. So a 15 minute drizzle is better than a 5 minute normal shower somehow. It didnt save any dolphins, just annoyed the hell out of us each morning. 😅 Next time I see a property with "Green Key" certification, I'll run the other way! Cheers

A regular Novotel

Location is connected to the old town, although not most convenient for pedestrians. Probably best if you come by car though. It is a conference hotel after all. Long check-in: no staff at the counter, waited for two minutes until a bar staff, who had a bill to deposit, called a person across in the back office. Executive room is large and comfy, as well as clean. TV was not working (no signal on any TV channel, and the built-in YouTube app was “not available”).

It is ok

The location of the hotel was okay, rather central. However, we had to ask three times on three consecutive days for our room to be properly cleaned. They didn't refill the hand wash soap upon our check-in, even though we were charged 25 Euros for an early check-in, claiming our room was ready. On the second day, the bed was poorly tidied and the bathroom was not cleaned despite our previous requests. One would think that after bringing this to their attention on the first day, they would do a proper job later, but surprisingly, that was not the case. The staff at the reception spoke very basic English, which made communication difficult. Sadly, this hotel did not deliver on the expectations they create for their clients. Major improvements are needed.
