"Staff was ok, cleanliness was not the best. "

"Purchased breakfast as an add-on to our 4-day hotel stay: * The first morning service and food were great. * The second day, there was one individual waiting tables for the whole dining room. The server refused to ask the chef if they would accommodate a special request. I ordered, but never received my drink and condiments for breakfast. * Third and fourth day, breakfast was mediocre. Conversely, I can't say enough about the woman working at the hotel check-in desk. She was extremely helpful and pleasant."

"The parking garage was good and safe, but that was about the only positive. There were no room keys. Access tot he room, the building, and the garage was controlled by codes, which were not shared until after check-in. The room had no overhead lighting and the lamps didnt light the room. The shower was tiny. The TV remote was useless. Overall very disappointed."

"Overall rooms were clean and so was the hotel. Breakfast has always been amazing when we stay. During our time there the hotel was under construction but the crew they hired was nothing but pleasant and the guests always came first. The only downfall to our stay was we noticed a large bug in the pool area which we think was a cockroach. Since it was an old building under construction we are not holding a negative review to this experience. Hotel staff and maintenance took care of this situation right away. "

"Maybe it was just a rough weekend for staff, I used to work for Hyatt regency as a senior captain for banquets so I’m very familiar with how Hyatt is ran. There were only a few staff members that were helpful, professional and respectful and that happen to be the gentleman that checked me in, valet staff were sweet, 2 ladies that checked me out and the sweet woman that took my order at Starbucks. Additionally there were 3 individuals that were absolutely rude when my guest stepped outside and did not have her key card, the gentleman that refused to help her was very rude to her when she tried buzzing the button to get help. The security guard additionally was very rude when monitoring floors. Left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I’ve always held Hyatt to the highest standards but those specific interactions was a little sour. Hotel was very clean though!"

"Air conditioning worked and controlable. Parking was easy and safe. Walkway from parking to lobby could be more inviting."
