"Loud people"

"Staff could be friendly - the kick back left alot to desired, several times the nachos, cheese and toppings ran out and it took 10+ mins to refill. Soda machine was broken most of our stay. Bottom parking deck was closed and key cards wouldn't on top deck so you had to call for help which was another 5+ mins. There was no room service/cleaning the 3 days we were there. "

"Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. "

"We've stayed here a few times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This hotel is a great place to stay if you are catching a show at the Pageant or Delmar Hall. There's tons of stuff to do around the hotel, and it's all walkable. "

"My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Very cute boutique hotel. Parking around the area was inconvenient but understandable in downtown. Valet is available as well as a parking garage on the next block. The restaurant is cute and the food was good but very limited selection. "

"Clean and modern room in a historical St Louis hotel. It’s been well maintained and remodeled and is in a great area near downtown. Nice touch for the GM to text daily and check on our stay!"

Also, Liz, who works her rear end off at the morning breakfast is amazing— worth a good tip every day. "Check-in time is at 3 and we arrived at 4:10. We were told someone paid for a late check-out and checked out at 4. The woman at the desk told me check-in is at 4 and the room wouldn’t be ready for 30 min. So, she lied about check-in time. Basically, they decided to make more money and screw us over. We were offered a smaller room but not the one we paid for. We were on a schedule as this was a road trip. We came back at 630 and the room was ready. The room is fine for a couple but not a...
