Comfortable room & very accommodating of very late check in & initial issues with room. The only downside was the process for checking out before 11AM was unclear & frustrating. Otherwise, if you're looking for somewhere that's inexpensive and just comfortable (not fancy) this place is pretty good.

I travel all the time and this place was terrible. The front desk management is awful. They’re very hard to reach. You have to keep calling and calling. I am very disappointed. I will never stay at an Intown suites again.

General cleanliness was lacking, some of the staff was rude when dealing with a service disabled veteran who got locked out of their room. Only 1 set of lights in the room, room also felt like it was staying in the mental health ward in a hospital. Internet could use an upgrade.

The room was not comfortable, only one light, all others lights not working. No soap, no tissue, the house keeper is coming once a week just to give you a carbige bags, l, one set of towel, no changing the towel for whole week niether the bed sheets, dirty sofa, you have to clean the room, through the garbage to the main one .... it was not comfortable at all.

Walls are so thin, you can literally hear the people breathe, snore, fart, move, in the next room.There’s hot water in the shower, rooms are not upgraded as advertised and run down. Mattress is rock hard. Cockroach poop on walls. I had someone tap on my window with keys or something metal one afternoon, more than likely the mentally unstable dude in the room next to me that pounded on the wall every time I moved (he checked out after that). Had to leave my room the for half the day the day after I checked in for pest control then saw baby cockroaches AFTER they apparently sprayed. Day before I left got woken up at 7 something in the morning to roof construction and spent the entire day listening to pounding on the roof with no warning this would be taking place. Random people hanging out and smoking weed in the parking lot at all hours of the day and night. Ghetto fights and kids screaming non stop. Only provide one roll of toilet paper, zero soap, not even a bar of hand soap, no hand towels. Not everyone is moving in this dump, it’s still a hotel and should treat guests as such.

The apartments are dirty. Roaches everywhere. Bedding and towels not clean. The TV and microwave barely worked. On top of it all, the general manager actually runs the front desk and was completely rude, aggresive and belligerent. I had already booked room on expedia before i got to the location. I tried to get my money back the same day but the general manager would not refund me so i had to stay there for the whole week that i had paid on Expedia. Makes me not want to ever stay at another Inntown suites extended stay. Avoid this place if you can! Expedia also did not help me get a refund so i could go stay somewhere else. Worse experience thus far.

Ok, this is my honest opinion of this location: The staff were great, the front desk employees were helpful but you could tell that they've dealt with a lot of things here. I'm originally from N.Y. so not many things phase me, but when I pulled up here with my trailer, the amount of people sitting outside by their rooms, or just generally, sitting around was crazy. It made me feel like it was a legit trap house. Generally it made me, a male over 6'1" get my legal side arm and have it on my person throughout the duration of my stay. I don't know what was going on, but I can tell you it wasn't good. I had to put my trailer in storage immediately because I knew the contents would get stolen. As far as the room goes... Bed was made, I'll give them that. The cleanliness of the shower was questionable, with the rest of the bathroom... The door to the bathroom didn't open or close all the way, albeit I was the only one there so I didn't need that feature. The chairs were nasty and stained. The 'kitchen' was tiny, dirty, and basically unusable, the sink did work though. The A/C worked but was very noisy and had a nasty smell, it also turned on and off when it wanted to and the change filter light went on several times. There was no closer to speak of, just some shelves with a pull curtain. Storage was limited and I don't even know what was going on with the T.V. For the price, it isn't horrible, but yea, nasty and scary, also never got my deposit back.

The WiFi doesn’t work, staff is only on property from 9-7 pm, the motel has slightly renovated but it is not well kept & the other guest are usually hanging outside throughout the day. Lastly, there are several broken down cars in the parking lot.

i dident have hot water for my shower and told the front desk about it the first night,then on day 3 maintenance came and tried to fix it it was hot but after i tried it the following evening it was cold. I asked for some compensation over the problem and when checking out and was refused . overall my stay sucked. i will not do this again.

You get what you pay for, calling it a "Suite" is an exaggeration. Room smelled like mold, no kitchenware available, hot plates didn't work, no towels service for 7+ day stay, bugs and roaches in the room.
