"Pods were small but enough room to fit small luggage in and perfectly comfortable for sleeping and the aircon was very effective. The bathrooms seemed like they were regularly cleaned and there was always a dry shower cubicle available when I needed one. Having the area downstairs to sit and relax was nice and freely available ice cold water was great on a really hot weekend. The QR codes for access were a bit temperamental and sometimes took a few tries but that was the only minor issue."

"Great location to easily walk to all the area attractions, historic sites and shopping. Family room is a cool design but tight for a family of 4 with luggage. Glass shower and bathroom needs be more private for a family space, other than that we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Although our room was very small, it worked for us for the 8 nights of our stay. We are grateful to the staff who immediately took care of the few requests we made ( wash cloths, ice, and extra towels). Since the room was so small we would have benefitted from having 1-2 hooks to hang towels and a soap dish in the shower. We also let them know the shower clogged after 1-2 minutes in the shower."

"Great location. Convenient access to three different underground stations. Right in the theater district, and close to covent garden, which was a cool place to grab a beer and watch some buskers. Walking distance to all the obvious tourist spots: West Minster Abbey, Big Ben, London Tower, etc. Right by the river. I would stay here again."

"Such a great spot. One stop from O2 and near shops and restaurants. Very quiet and all amenities catered for. Rooms are very small so be aware. I would like to see a slightly better deal on the smaller rooms. It would make me more likely to return."

My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view. "The hotel was perfectly located for the Hammersmith Odeon,the room was clean but a little tired, the bed was very comfortable,parking was awesome situated underneath the hotel I didn't have any time to use the amenities or have breakfast in the morning. "Nice neighborhood with restaurants all around and a tesco a couple of blocks for any other items needed. Hammersmith station is a short walk to get to tube. Hotel was older but cute and clean."
