"Staff were friendly. Rooms were poorly cleaned and the restroom smelled horrendous. The hotel is not maintained well and it’s seems in the all scratches, dirty corners, and broken floors. I heard everything outside my room and around the hotel. Doors slamming, above tenants walking around, conversations, and car alarms. It was like sleeping in a tent outside."

"The staff at the Hyatt are excellent. They are patient, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I would come back to stay on that alone. The room with the double bed was spacious along with the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the shower heated up quickly with great water pressure. There was an iron and ironing board that we utilized and unfortunately the iron had some black smudges on it that transferred to my white top, but fortunately my top was inside out and the black smudge was able to be...

"Very clean, very large and well appointed room. Very quiet with really comfortable bed. Shower and bath very clean. Breakfast was very good with many choices set out in a beautiful room. The hotel is in a historic building, with new addition for rooms, right across from Sutter's Fort State Historic Park in center Sacramento. Good place to walk with lots of shade trees. Nearby there are many options for eating. The state capitol with lovely gardens is very close. There is street parking nearby....

"Hidden gem!!! Initially, I was concerned about the area but the lodging was a huge surprise to me. Gated parking, exceptionally clean and bright room, staff who went out of their way to assist me, and quiet even though we were right off a Main Street. Will be staying here again the next time I come into the area. "

They have the cutest little dog that greets you when checking in, and the process is so smooth and seamless. "The place itself will take you back yo the past. . Just like a museum. Lots of memorabilia antiques and vintage that tell you a story. House structure is superb. From a dramatic light at night; The siren of the old trees waiving by the winds. To the whistle of birds combining tones creates music in my ears. Whhat else I can say. "
