"When I checked into my room on Sunday evening, the room seemed cool enough. However by morning the ac was not working. So I called the front desk and within 30 minutes I was given a new room. I did receive compensation for the first night. I appreciated the prompt service."

"The beds were hard. Worse beds I've ever slept in. The breakfast area is very small. It was hard to get breakfast with 20 other people trying too. It was in a corner with little room to move."
