Even though they state it, a hotel with no elevator, no air conditioning in the common areas and with windows that would let in any noise from the street ( thankfully I did not stay on a weekend) cannot be consider as such. "The hotel was very conveniently located in the North Laines area of Brighton, a block away from the Royal Pavilion and 10 minutes walk from the railway station. It is a large modern hotel, the room was spacious , the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchenette was excellent. The room was air conditioned, great during the heat wave, and wifi worked fine.
