"Just returned from a one night stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff were all friendly, efficient and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, piping hot with good quality ingredients. Only negative was a slightly squeaky bed and pillows not soft enough for my liking. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we are in the area"

"Parking on site was an added bonus- although to qualify for the 24-hour hotel £20 guest rate you need to go into reception. I spent 10 minutes trying to pay parking online and via the app, before going in. Then it was simple. Room was clean and very functional. Only confusion was the lighting. Managed to switch it all off at night but couldnt get any response from the electric keypads in the morning. Used my phonelight in bathroom. Breakfast very good value for £10! "Dao Dorsett in Hornsey Town Hall is a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms and very helpful staff. The decor is mainly Art Deco loyal to the history of Hornsey Town Hall with modern touches and quality flooring, bathrooms and furniture. The rooms though can benefit from offering guests toiletries, slippers, some biscuits and more water. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you."

"Stayed over the bank holiday weekend. Lovely setting with rabbits and squirrels running around the grounds. Ate at the on-sight restaurant - several items not available on the menu, no lager available either. Food was very good with Sunday roasts. Asked the restaurant manager what time breakfast was on Monday as we had to leave at 8am- he said 7am start!
