"The pool area was definitely a highlight of our stay, along with the breakfast. Most staff were friendly and helpful, but our room did not have any pillows for the sofa bed. I asked once at the desk, and they could not leave the desk to retrieve pillows from another floor. (Understandable) I went 15 minutes later to ask, as instructed, and a different person said they don't have any. I told her the previous person said they would get them from a different floor. She said she would bring them to our room, but she never did. The breakfast was great! And coffee is available any time."
