When Expedia called to ensure the rest of the week reservations, without requesting a refund for the first night, the property cancelled the entire reservation and informed them that I would not receive a refund for the entire week. "Microtel- Janesville has a TON of TV channels to choose from which is wonderful BUT can someone explain to me why Fox News was the only channel muted out? You saw the screen but no sound. CNN was fine, MSNBC was fine, all other news channels and all other channels worked just fine...only FOX News didn't have sound. Why? Hmmmm. I will not go to this hotel again for this reason."
