"We loved the location, within walking distance to all the trams also Crown entertainment precinct including South Bank. The roof top bar was an extra bonus. The pool could have been warmer (too cold to use). The only downside was the traffic noise, we were on floor 9 and still very noisy - no double glazing on windows I’m guessing, which was a pity and an oversight."

"Family room worked out great for our family of 3. They held our bags in locked room until we check-in. Check-in was easy and fast. Called the desk because our room was too hot. They turned on the air conditioning in our room and then it was comfortable. Checkout was just leave the room keys at front desk. "

"This hotel is FABULOUS! It is so clean, beautiful and feels like true luxury. The little touches and details, all of the plants and greenery, the ultra comfortable BEDS, everything is wonderful. I really enjoyed the pool/sauna and fittness room- they felt like a club you would pay to access, these were the nicest hotel amenities I have ever experienced. Staff is extremely professional and friendly, from turn down service, to cool eco-friendly touches, a clean & modern yet warm environment, I loved everything about this place. The location is also fabulous- in a really safe and tourist friendly location, and easy to get anywhere in the city, lots of main things within walking distance."

"Great location. Spacious room (2bedroom/2 bathroom apartment). All amenities in room excellent. Kitchen was superb. Only 2 of us stayed, we were generously upgraded at check in. Would be plenty of room in this apartment for 4 adults. Can highly recommend."
