"Reception was really bad and rude not help full"

"Good location to go around the city by train station etc."

"This was our second stay at the WestCord Fashion Hotel in 18 months. Very good stay. Sure appreciated the breakfast every morning as well as the espresso maker in the room. The hotel lost internet for a couple of days, but we managed well enough. "Professional, friendly staff all around. Adorable room, clean and comfortable, large bathroom, great windows. Beautiful quiet area that is both residential and high end retail close by. Art Museums and park very close. Great breakfast buffet, charming serene decor. Would 100% return."

"Excellent location, with tram just outside door, and major train station short walk away. Busy vibrant area, very new. Bike rental worked well. Spacious rooms, clean. Staff helpful, especially Tatiana."

"The hotel was outstanding, staff extremely friendly and perfectly located."

"I stayed here for the Amsterdam marathon and the hotel was extremely helpful in every way. Service was fantastic and the hotel was very clean and well presented. Food was great and perfectly set up for marathon runners. It seemed they went the extra mile for everyone. I’d love to stay here again!"

"Everyone here was so incredibly friendly and helpful. We absolutely will be staying here any time we visit Amsterdam!"

"Hébergement correct mais sans service aucun à moins de payer un extra !"

When I enquired at the desk I was told that none of the rooms had air conditioning because it was illegal in Europe to have AC. This is...
