Room was clean and overall pleasant. I don’t know why the complimentary water and teabags for example do not get replaced. We stayed for 4 days and that means we have one teabag each for our entire stay…
It was my husbands 30th and we were told they would give a small gesture such as macaroons to mark this occasion. They confirmed three times that this would be possible, but on the day - nothing. I contacted the front desk twice and they kept deliberately ignoring me. This was unnecessarily unkind and rude, especially considering the rooms are expensive, there was no need to ignore us with such a small request. The body lotion in the bathroom smelled like sewage. The mini fridge is barely cold. Basic stay overall, the hotel try to act upper class hiding behind the ‘Elle’ name.
