"The property is tired. We went to this property because it was not a popular chain thinking it was more local. Rating was very high compared to others in the area which did not live up to the rating. There was nothing wrong with the property it is just tired. They were not on google maps and there was no lit signage. Had to phone for directions twice. Quite frustrating when it is late and you are tired."

"Slept amazing. Great hotel!"

"Tv changer hard to figure out, couldn't scroll thru channels wax frustrating. Breakfast is not bad. Hotel maybe needs a deep clean."

"Clean rooms. Nice decor, friendly staff."

"The bathroom shower tap dripped for 2 days we were there. How hard is it to replace the washers or cartridge? Very thin light blanket on the bed. bathroom door was all delaminated on the bottom. No coffee maker. Bathroom sink faucet was very hard to move and squeaked.Heater fan ran constantly even after heat stopped due to the set temperature on the unit. Who wants to listen to that all night? No coat hangers and only 2 pillows. We got some hangers and pillows after going and asking."

"Parking should be allocated well."

"The two room suite was perfect for our girl's trip. Very clean and handy to have a lounge on site. Room was clean and the staff was great. We will stay again!"

"Like stepping back in time. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, instantly HOT water, great price."

"Breakfast was decent. Hot tub was more of a warm tub with very powerful jets - not the most enjoyable. Room was not clean and there were bugs."
