Hot tub missong many tiles..poor maintenence, the swimming pool had many peices of debris and hair and floating items. We slep on main floor, upstairs people were running around late hours..when we tried to call the desk no answer. After several calls finally someone answered.. they did go up to speak with the noise makers but it continued for a while. At breakfast, they ran out of napkins, waffles and yoghurt. When sfaff wee asked about the items, it seemed they did not want to mix more waffle mix and they did not want to provide spray for the waffle maker so it would work properly. The room was good and the bathroom was large however the shower only had one door on it and the water continuously sprayed all over the floor due to the shower only having half the entry covered. Price os high for fhe experience. Hope they improve things because they could have a better experience for guests.
