"Stayed in the 'Dunlin room' Very poor lighting in the corridor. Wallpaper patched up poorly in the corridor by the bedrooms. Noisy extractor fan in our bathroom. Breakfast a little underwhelming, (overdone bacon and chewy sausage. Staff very attentive and polite. No signal on the tv celestial channels on two days. Limited bathroom amenities. Cobwebs on the windows in the breakfast area. "

"Great room cleaned everyday. Swimming pool warm and clean the kids loved it. Mr Chin on reception very helpful and gave advice about where to visit. Would come again. Restaurant could have more food choices but what was there was delicious"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained and there was a good atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. The stay was let down by the breakfast. The bacon was excellent, my sausage was pink in the middle so I only ate half, the mushrooms were tinned or something similar, the tomato wasn’t cooked and the potato things were frozen. "Was not provided with an access code. When I managed to contact the property manager they claimed no personal information was forwarded to them, ie; phone number or email from Expedia. I had to enlist the help of a nearby business to contact them 3 hours after the check in time. If Expedia doesn’t forward details why would you continue to use them as booking agents. Property was close enough to train station and quite location, front door was often not secured from the street "
