"A localização era boa. Bem no centro , mas longe da estação de trem . Nao respondiam as perguntas que eu fazia e nao ficava ninguém responsavel na hospedagem. Nao havia reposição de papel higiênico, precisei solicitar. O colchao era horrível, velho , cheio de buracos , acordava com dor na coluna . "This a more like upscale hostel in an office building. Communication is via WhatsApp - checkin is rather complicated as they referred to a yellow room which we couldn’t find and it turned out they meant Room 1. Keys are stored in security box which was a bit outdated. We booked full breakfast but never were served breakfast. Please be aware there is constant noise until 2-3 am in the morning even if you close windows. The only advantage is that it is walking distance from the old city centre."
