"Very helpful staff with a lovely clean lobby. The attendant at the desk s as poke multiple languages. She was very helpful in telling us about the city and good places to visit and eat. The rooms were spacious and the shower good. It was quiet. I would only all that the hotel allow customers to darken the LED light on the thermostat because it was so bright at night that we woke up from the glow. There is a mini fridge if that is something you need! Great breakfast! "

Desayuno completo y recomendable. Muy buena experiencia ya que lo elegimos como punto de salida hacia varios destinos del País Vasco. "

"Awesome hotel, would stay again 100 percent. Staff was friendly, the spa was wonderful, the bar was good. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but plenty of places in walking distance. View was also great. Kind of a commercial district, but still close to sightseeing and old town."

"Super schönes Hotel in einer schönen kleinen Stadt. Das Gebäude ist schon wunderschön anzusehen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einem großen Bett und angenehmen und komfortablen Kissen. Das Bad ist sehr groß mit Badewanne ausgestattet. "Ich war bereits zweimal in diesem Hotel. Der Sportbereich ist zwar klein, aber gut ausgestattet mit Freihantelbereich und mehreren Laufbändern. Die Zimmer sind schick, modern und komfortabel. In der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, Weinbars und Bistros. Zum Guggenheim Museum braucht man zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten."

Les chambres sont propres, calmes et spacieuses. De retour au RDC, après avoir traversé le self, découverte du restaurant ou nous nous sommes régalé avec un menu à moins de 15€."
