"This place was amazing. The room was big and we had a beautiful view on the back forest. We had two choices of Onsen (outside and inside) and both were very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff went above and beyond for us. Because there was not of other guest, we were able to have one side of the Onsen for us instead of being separated man and woman. "The room was decorated very nicely with quite a decent amount of space. They would give free soba noodles from 9:30-11:00pm and free drinks,soda and coffee. The onsen was very crowded with people. You could get complimentary ice cream at night and Yakut in the morning. Also, parking was relatively limited"

"This was a unique and wonderful experience. We had never experienced a ryokan, but we enjoyed it for a night. Room gives a Zen vibe, and once we got the AC going, the heat was tolerable. "The futon’s aren’t very thick so it can be a bit uncomfortable if you’re a side sleeper. Other than that our stay was great. The owner, Yudai, is incredible and has an excellent sense of hospitality. When I come to Hakone again this place will be at the top of my list. "

"Such a relaxing experience! Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were super comfy! Had to pay for breakfast buffet but it’s okay because it was worth it in my opinion. We had a private onsen with a beautiful view of the rivers and the mountains. The staff were incredible as well. Oh! And they provided shuttle buses to and from Odawara station. You also have the option to use their shuttle service to and from Gora station which was super convenient. I wish we stayed longer tbh! Highly recommend!"
