We stayed as we were attending a wedding so didn’t really explore much but what we saw was very nice. Bedrooms were basic but this was obviously reflected in the price. "Upon arrival just after 4pm, I was given Room 24 which was on the ground floor, directly adjacent to the dining area without soundproofing but an open doorway. Also in the adjacent rooms were numerous foreign (migrant?) families with children running up and down the short corridor, and plenty of door knocking and chatting loudly in the corridor. I complained to the reception staff (man instead of the young lady who checked me in), he apologised and moved me to another room on 2nd floor, plus...

"The hotel was central to shops restaurants and the marina. Parking was very easy and free and my room was clean and comfortable with a good view of the marina. The area was quiet and conducive to a good nights sleep. I can recommend this hotel for a good base to look around North Somerset."
