"The hotel was under a much needed renovation. First room had no running water for a shower. Moved late in evening. Refrigerator didn’t work. Peeling wall paper. Dingy overall appearance. Wouldn’t let us cancel reservation. DO NOT go there."

"Security doors were not functional, the carpet on the 1st and third floors were worn dirty and stained. The only ice machine was on the 3rd floor.' The hallways appear to have no ac in them."

"Check in was easy and quick, and I appreciate the breakfast choices. When I checked in and took a shower, I was disappointed to find that the shampoo dispenser was empty. So I had to get my wet self dressed and go to the front lobby for some shampoo. Very frustrating to say the least."

"It appears that the attitude with Extended Stay is very firmly in, "you get what you pay for and we won't make any effort to improve that, so accept it or leave, because we already have your money." Including making kids stay in a room with someone else's old food stuck to the floor and mold coming out of the flooring. Spend a few extra bucks and find a hotel that cares and actually wants your business."

"Clean place and friendly helpful staff. Only reason I gave them a 4 was for a door to use when coming in after 4 pm doesnt work with key card. Otherwise easy 5. Very adequate soap and towels etc. Next to freeway, meaning maybe 3/8 of a mile away with no noise associated to it. No restaurant, but there's a Del taco within walking distance. Gave me a great price to !! I'll definetly stay there again. Ac was perfect, not to hot or cold with clean smelling air coming out so the filters are clean...

"Nice tall Shower, no tub, in single room with standard bed, but the shower had a few hairs so not cleaned carefully. No shampoos or conditioner so bring your own. Two small soap packs. No closet but a hanging apparatus by the restroom. Towels are thin so you may want to bring a couple from home. Refrigerator was small but worked fine. Screen TV was small. Non-smoking room but had that lingering cigarette smell unfortunately. Front desk clerk “Cherish” was kind enough to give us a spray bottle...

"BAD AREA OF TOWN!! Homeless people sleeping on picnic tables & roaming property 24/7. Loud music. People stay up late here. The people above us were up moving stuff around until 2 A.M. It feels like people live here! Exposed wires on interior door lock. Dirty - floors dirty, hair in shower soap dish and on shower wall. German roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. Planned on cooking on furnished burners but no ability to use them. No kitchen equipment meaning utensils, bowls,...

"Tub was peeling and needs to be replaced. Saw 3 roaches. Tv isn’t user friendly."

"My son loved the pool. Having laundry on site is helpful. Some minor maintenance & cleaning issues but overall better than others we tried."

"I was lucky to travel with disposable sheets because one of the beds had some noticeable stains on them. The website said there was complimentary breakfast, but all it really was was a bagel bar. Based on the site, I thought there would be a microwave in the room, but there wasn't. The shower pressure was not the best."

"Bring protection going here not family friendly. Rooms smell like cigarettes, burn holes on the floor, Mold in the bathroom. Towels and bedding had homes and stains in them, I would never stay here again, horrible and not safe."

"When we stay someplace we prefer not to do any house keeping. They had us throw our own trash and we had to leave early 5:30 am for a hospital procedure. This seems to be a trend and i dont care for it. Plus i am quite sure people are living there. Just gotten much worse since last time. We will not stay there again"
