Hotel berdekatan Polar Ice Peoria

"Breakfast was not terrible but pretty basic and the coffee was so thick and gross. The rooms need major updating!!! It was nice dressers with drawers were provided but the drawers would not stay closed!!!! Some serious cleaning attention needed in the rooms...the vent covers are so nasty and dirty!!!! I went and bought my own cleaning supplies for the bathroom and bathtub!!! We stayed 7 days...6 nights I went to the front desk to ask for room refreshments like towels, toilet paper and dish...

"Parking was very dark and not lighted. Tv didnt work telephone in room didnt work. We checked in before we went to a concert got back at 11. No one at front desk Tv didnt work telephone didnt work to call staff. Someone above us kept us all night till 330 I really do believe they were remodeling it. Air Conditioning didnt keep up with the room. Staff wasnt at front desk when we checked in had to wait 10 minutes for someone very rude lady we asked her questions about how to get to the arena...

"I have been staying here temp no problems nothing and they DNR me for no reason the white security guard with glasses told me he doesn’t have to explain to me why but he doesn’t want someone like me on his property. I have been very respectful never gave issues here an I feel he had no reason at all. They're rooms are never cleaned had to clean my own room everyday and they never had towels, air conditioning doesn’t work in a lot of rooms. They are infested with roaches "

"Surrounding area may look scary, but building requires key to get in at certain times. Also,it’s near a lot of great restaurants that I discovered through Uber Eats. They also have a nice vending machine with different food items. Wish the selection had more items. Not sure how often housekeeping cleans rooms but we had stuff left over from prior guests (stuff was left in the fridge in both rooms which wasn’t a big deal). We didn’t need consistent housekeeping, but hotel desk said we could ask...

"Didnt care for just bagels for breakfast. Would like some warm items as eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and some bananas."

"There isn’t a swimming pool ,just a patch of grass where it used to be. One towel and no washcloth or shampoo in room. This motel has definitely seen better days! I was woke up at three in the morning by screaming and doors slamming obviously a fight next door. I wouldn’t stay here again."
