"The staff was rude. They removed my property before I can get there to check out because there was discrepancy on my dates as I checked through my stuff I am missing stuff and then they deny that."

"Clean place and friendly helpful staff. Only reason I gave them a 4 was for a door to use when coming in after 4 pm doesnt work with key card. Otherwise easy 5. Very adequate soap and towels etc. Next to freeway, meaning maybe 3/8 of a mile away with no noise associated to it. No restaurant, but there's a Del taco within walking distance. Gave me a great price to !! I'll definetly stay there again. Ac was perfect, not to hot or cold with clean smelling air coming out so the filters are clean...

"When we stay someplace we prefer not to do any house keeping. They had us throw our own trash and we had to leave early 5:30 am for a hospital procedure. This seems to be a trend and i dont care for it. Plus i am quite sure people are living there. Just gotten much worse since last time. We will not stay there again"

"This place is like section 8 housing. Our unit had to be opened by a screwdriver, the toilets didn't work, lights didn't work and it was dirty and not maintained. I think when it first was apartments it would have been cute but the people staying there and the buildings were super sketchy. Will never go there again"

Regarding public safety in Phoenix: the hotel is enclosed by a perimeter fence, and entry requires check-in verification, making it quite secure. The rooms are clean, spacious, and fully equipped, though the flooring looks a bit dated."

"Bring protection going here not family friendly. Rooms smell like cigarettes, burn holes on the floor, Mold in the bathroom. Towels and bedding had homes and stains in them, I would never stay here again, horrible and not safe."

"There was a variety of homeless people doing drugs around the vecinity. People were loud and gathering in groups. The walls were dirty and the sink was broken. We left about 30 minutes of being there. We couldn't stand the noise, and how dirty the place was."
