"Really nice hotel, very good pizza and sangria! Comfortable bed and nice shower. There location is decent, walkable from the main sites but not a lot in the immediate area. There were a couple of surprises. I was surprised to see that they charge guests for coffee pods (€2 per pod- cheaper to go out and get an espresso!) and bottles of water. I would have expected a 4 star hotel to replace those daily. Make sure also that you check your bill- I was charged an extra €5 at checkout; when I queried it, they couldn't explain the charge and took it off the bill. I also just realised that I was meant to get a €10 food credit with my room rate but didn't receive this."

"Room spotless, super close to bus / train terminal, quiet and convenient. Not much else to do in the immediate surroundings but a quick uber ride will take you historical town in 5-10 minutes. Staff (especially the young lady) are so friendly and helpful! "
