We very much enjoyed staying at the D. Maria Apartments. Clean bedroom and bath. The building’s street elevation is of historic design, the interior has been renovated but kept the large granite stone walls. Walking distance to restaurants and vine bars, easy park-house parking. Hotel is quiet and has a very helpful and accommodating staff. We returned for a second stay.

So charming - lovely stay!

We just stayed three nights but wish we could have stayed longer. The unit was beautiful. It is a charming older building renovated beautifully inside. The bed was sumptuous and huge! The apartment was super clean, modern and practical. Ideally located with plenty of shops and cafes surrounding. Would we recommend this lovely place? Heck yes! Many thanks to our hosts.

Logement grand et bien rénové

Le logement est assez grand pour une famille de 5. Il a été bien rénové et est bien équipé. La climatisation fonctionne très bien et a été nécessaire en plein mois d'Aout; surtout que les fenêtres sont exposées plein Ouest. Le seul hic est un des volets roulants du bas qui est HS. Il y a des rideaux internes qui occultent bien cependant.

Apartamento solo para 2

Hemos estado 2 adultos y 2 niños. El sofá “cama” es de ikea y literalmente casi duermes en el suelo y muy mal. Es ideal para una pareja o como mucho un niño pero para que duerma en la cama de matrimonio que la verdad es de las grandes. No lo ofrezcáis para 4 porque no lo es. Por todo lo demás bien.

Íbamos 4 personas, dos de las cuales dormirían en el sofá cama que era francamente incómodo. También había fallos de mantenimiento en el baño (tapa del retrete rota y hacía mucho ruido durante la noche).

Très satisfaite des 2 jours que nous avons passé. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et le logement est très beau. Petit bémol les canapés lit qui sont plus des chauffeuses donc matelas fin a même le sol. Sinon le reste était parfait

Vraiment propre et agréable. Un bel appartement. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Il a par contre été difficile à trouver. Le GPS ne reconnaissait pas l'adresse. Il faudrait aussi mettre un vrai divan-lit. Le petit divan-lit offert était déjà difficile pour notre ado. J'ose à peine imaginer un adulte devant y dormir.

Appartement très beau et propre à proximité immédiate du centre-ville. C’est dommage que l’isolation phonique ne soit pas aux standards français car on arrive malgré tout à entendre un peu le bruit extérieur. Par ailleurs, la porte d’entrée de l’appartement 1 est un peu difficile à fermer, il faut beaucoup forcer.
