"The Anchorage is a great place to stay. It's a few steps away from the quayside and is well served by restaurants and pubs. Our room, Rm4, was extremely clean and well equipped with a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, hair dryer, soft towels and quality bed linen. We will definitely rebook if we come to Poole again."

"The Hotel du Vin is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Our room was spacious, clean and airy. The bed was comfortable and the linen was crisp and white. We had a fantastic hot and powerful shower in a large bathroom."

"Very clean and very friendly staff. Rooms were decently sized, and we had very little disturbance and noise. Beds were comfy and clean. We paid extra for breakfast which was decent and worth the money (a hot breakfast which is brought to your table and cereal, pastries and hot drinks that you can get yourself). Great location for the quay and old town, with shops, restaurants, pubs and many boat trips nearby. If we were to return to the area we would come back here. "

"I would not recommend this place to stay, old property and with need of renovating, no air conditioning, no toilet fan extraction, very hot room... sorry to say but as a franchise i believe they could do more for the price they are charging...."

"Our second visit to Little Robin Gate and it did not disappoint. Such a warm welcome from David and Pumpkin. The accommodation is superb and immaculately clean. Opted for the jacuzzi room which was an excellent way to relax after a busy day. David thinks of everything and the little touches for dogs and humans alike we’re greatly appreciated. Communication throughout was friendly and informative. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Bournemouth with or without a fury friend. "

"We had a very enjoyable short stay at The Canford. All the staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and friendly (Terry, Ross, Ellie, Lena, Taly). Our room was an Accessible room (although we didn't specifically book one) and was quite large and very comfortable, with a large, well-appointed bathroom. "Was forwarded details for self check in & clear instructions meant it was hassle free. Didn't encounter any staff during my visit, only stayed 1 night & there was a contact number provided but I didn’t need to call for any assistance. Lots of options for breakfast & room was clean & tidy. Self check out was also clearly explained. "

"We loved the quaint nature of this lodge, nestled in the golf course. You do have to be prepared to drive up a small hill and parking can be quite tight but it’s well worth it for such a spotless and modern room which provided a really comfortable stay. Very easy to check in and out and you get the option to use the spa and gym facilities as adults. "Excellent Stay perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spotless, and had a comfortable bed, it even had a decent size kettle for making hot drinks. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a continental and full English options.
