"Great hotel for my one night stay. Hotel had everything you could want and breakfast was amazing. Only things that would have got a better rating was having someone there when I arrived.i waited a while at check in and I had a ground floor room with a table right outside my window that smokers were using."

"Hotel was an absolute state. Dust and dirt everywhere, stains on the bedding and un cleaned rooms that had dead flies and bugs on the bed. Requested to move room as it was disgusting and was met with Daniel the receptionist who was very unpleasant to deal with and very rude and abrupt. On telling him you'd expect the rooms to be clean and tidy and i have a respiratory failure and this was going to cause problems with the amount of dust in the rooms, i was just glared at.
