"Very drafty and cold inside the rooms in the winter, but staff was great about it and lent me a space heater! Thank you! Loved the nostalgia and beautiful property and overall just amazing. The bar and coffee shop being right downstairs was awesome too! i will be coming back… with thicker pajamas lol."

"The room was clean and spacious. I had a great view of downtown and The Tower of Americas. Every room has a balcony to relax on. It was in a great walking location to most areas with plenty of nice restaurants around. The pool was heaven and the food and drinks at Anaqua bar were so good! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel. "

"Booked a room because of description of view from rooms. NO view available for us. Did have Riverwalk access, which was a plus. Teller’s bar had an amazing quesadilla and a Lava cake to die for. I’d go back just for that. It was comfortable and convenient. Breakfast included was typical hotel breakfast. No parking available. Had to valet for additional fee"

"Excellent stay in downtown San Antonio. Very walkable location especially to the Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center. Very welcoming staff. Clean room. Some outlets did not work and if you’re a light sleeper the road noise from the highway might be bothersome but overall great stay. "
