"The breakfast was pricy so se skipped it. Our room was older and needed a little work. The csrpets were dirty and the wall treatment in the bathroom was coming apart. We were in a room with no view so maybe if we had paid more for a room with a view the room would have been nicer? The hotel is located in an area that is walking distance to a lot of attractions, so that was nice. The line for starbucks was really long every morning, plan on at least 30 minutes wait time or you better go really early or just plan to ho somewhere outside the hotel were they can serve you faster."

"Nice enough hotel, clean and comfortable, easy walking distance to restaurants and the park. Was disappointed and not what I expected. The photos of my "king bed, city view" booking were misleading. My small window looked directly across the street at the side of another building. When I requested another room with the city view per my reservations, I was informed they were full and no action was taken to accommodate my request. Customer service was lacking and when I asked about breakfast that came with my room, I was denied until I provided documented proof the booking included continental breakfast (one coffee and a bagel). The rooftop city view was a mystery too. I was told closed at 6pm, then renovation, then closed for the evening... pending which front desk person you talked too."

"While the location is in a busy Bronx neighborhood, the hotel is very conveniently situated near the subway station. The room was very clean. Can be a bit noisy. Overall good for a night."

"The property itself was fine but there was no way to get anywhere (restaurant, bus, etc) without getting back in the car or taking a cab/uber. It is surrounded by highways, no sidewalks or access to the nearby neighborhoods. We did eat breakfast our second day at the Hilton Garden Inn (walk through 2 parking lots to get there) for more of a selection and better quality."

"We were there for 5 days. We’re told they’d clean every other day. They never cleaned our room. I paid extra for CITY VIEW!!! Our view was of another building. No city view!!! They were under construction that wasn’t told to us before hand. "
