"the room was very clean but it had an odd odor the couch and the bed sheets. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and welcoming. I never felt a more welcoming staff before. would come back just to be in such great hands. bar was interesting the bartender is an absolute gem. but the bar itself needs a face lift. or a better style. it would be way more successful."

"Room was clean & in a great area, but reeked of cigarette smoke! The front desk had the nerve to make me pay $100 deposit in case I smoke or have a pet. I am burying my Father on Monday, and have to attend the service sick, because I am allergic to cigarette smoke. Only slept 3 hours with the ac on, to try to contain the smell. The front desk gave me room spray, but the can is broken & don’t spray. I wasn’t offered any accommodations, when I paid for a non-smoking room. I even took pics of cigarette burns on the blanket under the spread!"

"For an Omni hotel, I was surprised how outdated my room was. The bathroom really needed to be renovated. It was nothing special, but very convenient for meetings at the RI Convention Center. The Convention Center was nice. Also, Fleming’s at the Omni and the coffee shop on the 2nd floor were good."

"I've stayed here a few times but this time I got the suite and it was so clean,roomy,and beautiful. Staff was super friendly. Its close to shopping,food and gas which makes it even better."

"We love the location of the property. It's very quiet even though it is near the airport. Very close to I-9 5 which is a real bonus. The breakfast is good. It's adequate and always hot and fresh. The coffee was pretty good too. It's a good experience for Hampton inn. We wish that the hot tub was working, but maybe next time."
