"It's a tired property with tired staff. For example, the TVs in the room did not include coverage of the World Cup. You had to go to the lobby if you wanted to watch. Brutal. In this day and age, that's Motel 6. If I had been charged the Motel 6 price, it would have been okay. I wasn't. Much too much for what I received. Not even a free donut for breakfast. C'mon. Go elsewhere!"

"This Holiday Inn Express was the worst chain hotel experience I've had in North America. Aside from the average breakfast, everything else was below average. This included the attitude of the front desk staff, the overall cleanliness of the hotel, and the very old and worn carpets, furniture, and bathroom in the room. The front desk initially gave us the wrong room type; the room didn't have a sofa bed, and we had to go find them and wait a long time to move our luggage to a new room. At...

"The room was not only immaculate but beautifully decorated. Breakfast was not your average hotel fare; also excellent. Everything made my stay so enjoyable. The only minor complaint I would have is because I am elderly, the height of the entrance to the shower was a little high"

"Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"The room given to us is not yet ready, the cleaners are still there. The cleaning process was not yet done because the dusts on the table was still visible. The bed sheets were I think not replaced because there were strands of hair. The staff were not properly coordinated. The parking is conveniently available near the entrance. The kitchen was available but there were no kitchenware, and utensils available. I think the kitchen was no use because of that."

"Definitely worth the price. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Picture reflect what the hotel actually looks like. Only complaint was the elevator was slow but honestly that wasn’t a big deal."
