"Le reservé a la familia de mi hermana, el check in se los hicieron hasta las 4 pm porque estaban limpiando las habitaciones. Les dieron una habitación que ya estaba ocupada, al percatarse que ya había personas ahí adentro, regresaron a recepción para avisar, les dan otra habitación, se hospedan y a los 5 minutos van otros huéspedes a abrirles la puerta porque les dieron la misma habitación. Al personal le falta organizarse bien. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo. "

"Hot tub was not available, everything was outdated in the room. Had giant roaches crawling around. The pool was FREEZING and not even swimable. For the price I paid, this was not worth it at all. I stay in a hotel in El Paso twice a year and this was definitely the worst one so far "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire visit. The hotel was in a great location, especially for attending events at the Sun Bowl, which made everything very convenient. The breakfast was surprisingly good with a great variety of options including fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, and more. We also loved that they offered convenient grab-and-go breakfast bags for guests on the move. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again!"
