We booked this specific hotel because it has an indoor pool, however, the water was freezing cold. And the next 2 days, the pool was simply out of order.
The walls on the rooms are extremely thin and you can hear every step the guest next door takes, all the people that walk through the hallway talking, kids running, and at 7AM there was this banging noise like from a machine or something that went on for like 15 minutes.
The WiFi in the room failed twice during our stay, so for a while we could t enjoy the apps on the TV.
Lastly, on our second day there, we went down for breakfast and the pool at like 9AM, then we came back up at 11:30-noon and they had not clean our room yet, but the housekeepers were making their way though the hallway, cleaning the other rooms and it looked like eventually they would get to ours. We placed the “do not clean the room just yet” sign on the door while we took a shower, and then removed the sign and left the room at like 1PM. When we came back at night, no one had cleaned the room.
Oh and that night, a little black bug was walking on top of one of the towels under the bathroom sink.
It wasn’t a terrible stay overall, the beds are super comfortable, the staff is very polite and the breakfast is pretty good. It was just those little details that made out overall experience not the best.
