I downgraded from what I was charged and she said she didn’t see any change in price on her end, that they didn’t price match and made multiple excuses not to help me. Hilton does price match. I would think they’d definitely price match their own website. She stated she couldn’t go off their website. The place was lovely, but don’t expect management to help if you. "

"Clean room but small. 2 beds in the room prevented the bathroom door and armoire (to hang clothes) from opening all the way. So a bit cramped. Bed very comfortable."

"We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but I saw many people enjoying it. The only downside was that the pool closed so early. Since there was rain every afternoon during our stay it would have been nice to use the pool a little later. The room was very spacious and the staff was friendly and courteous. "
