Top Montauk Downs State Park Hotel Reviews

Offshore Montauk

8/10 Good

"New hotel, probably has some kinks to work out. They were able to upgrade my room and were very attentive during my stay!"

Montauk Yacht Club

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent hotel, clean and spacious rooms, friendly and attentive staff."

Ocean Surf Resort

8/10 Good

"Lovely view of the ocean. Bathroom was fine. Room was updated. Only had one nightstand and lamp."

Marram

10/10 Excellent

"Stayed in Room #101 in June 2026. Due to flight & traffic delays (thank you, FIFA), I couldn't make it to the property until nearly midnight. Front office guy (Sadik?) stayed a FEW hours past his usual time so that I could check into my room. He was AMAZING! Many reviewers complain about the minimalist decor of the rooms but it was exactly what I needed! No TV. No alarm clock. PERFECT ocean view. Good WIFI when I needed it. The mattress, pillows & linens were the best I've ever experienced. I'm a "room snob" accustomed to paying at least $1000/night for a room. I've never slept in a more comfortable bed than the one at Marram Montauk! I've already ordered the mattress & linens for my own home. If you need lots of tech for your vacation, this is not the place for you. The surroundings are small-town precious and the views can't be beat. I love this place and can't wait to go back!"
