"I’ve stayed twice at this location, both were quick overnight stops. The staff was proactive and had me checked in when I got there. I was given all the instructions I needed to get into the room. It was clean, recently remodeled, the comfortable bed was comfortable, and shower was hot. The price was competitive and I’ll be staying there anytime I get down to Marco Island. If you’re looking for full service, this is not it, but if you’re looking for clean and comfortable, this is your stay."

"This place was perfect for our little one night get away. The room was spacious and super clean. The pool was perfect for after a long day at the beach. I would 1000% stay here again. Super close walk to the snook inn for dinner and a close drive for some ice cream after. The location was beautiful and right on the water as well."

"I was promised a 25% discount because..1 ..ppl over me walked the entire nite across uncarpeted floors, making noise ALL nite and I traveled from NC for my son's wedding and had a dinner rehearsal the following evening, and 2....the ELEVATOR was out of service when i returned from the dinner...10:30ish and I...73 y/o lady had to walk up THREE FLIGHTS OF STSIRS after my sons wedding rehearsal dinner. The front desk lady did change my room to 1st floor but i still had to gather my belongings and...

"The hotel is new and clean and very close to restaurants and also a short drive to downtown. We had a problem with our toilet flush that persisted over 2 days and the plumber needed to come in twice, plus we had to wait out the night without flush which was very annoying. But the hotel staff were friendly and reacted immediately plus Mary at the front desk was very accommodating and offered some good alternatives. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"The property was beautiful Only one person on front desk No coffee in lobby or a snack shop No restaurant Very nice room but Bed was very uncomfortable No chairs set up on beach. Had to carry the chairs and umbrella that were on the balcony If you wanted to go to beach. ...

"Conty’s is like a blast from the past. If you think of how a hotel in Florida would have looked in the 70s this is it. Property was in decent shape on the outside the inside of the rooms could use a renovation but at the end of the day it was a clean spot to lay our heads for the night and for the price there is nothing we could complain about"

"Parking lot was full of construction vehicles night 1 and the mattress was lower quality than I expected. But otherwise a great experience."

"Overall this was a great stay. Couple areas for improvement would be the old lumpy soft mattresses that need replacing, as well as the no towel rule for the pool area. Frustrating to get there at 10am and no poolside chairs available because there were towels on them. It's clearly marked on the sign when you come into the pool area that you cannot do this, but the rule is not enforced. Some of the saved chairs had no one on them at 1pm. Very frustrating! "
