What a relaxing, casual, very cared for property. The family-owned concern for a comfortable stay was apparent throughout. It is not a brand new building but perfect for my stay. I would definitely stay again.

The room was old and outdated. The Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. The bedspread is old and had a hole in it. The shower and toilet were crammed into a very small space. The nightly price of $328 for the room (including tax) was ridiculous! We will never stay there again and we do not recommend the property to anyone. At least the view from the deck was nice.

I have stayed at many places through the years. The Boat House is among the best. Room is super clean as well as the entire property, the amenities are outstanding, restaurants and shopping are walking distance and the staff is superb. Very quiet. I would highly recommend this establishment.

We booked this hotel last minute and they could accommodate us. We arrived late but instructions we left for us and could access the room. We were happy with the room. The bathroom is very tiny. The shower pressure is lower than I like. Everything was very good.
