"Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

"Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Struttura accogliente e ben tenuta. Piscina piccola ma dotata di ogni comfort. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione eccezionale (buffet e servita). Disponibilità di parcheggio interno su prenotazione. Unico neo: orario reception (chiusa fino alle 11), suggerirei di anticipare l’orario di apertura almeno alle 10. "The residence is beautiful! The pool was huge and very clean. The property is a 2 minute walk to the beach and all restaurants. It is a 10 minute walk to the Ferry. The balcony had a lovely view of of the pool and neighborhood (but not the ocean or beach). The staff at the reception were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful.
