"The property is well maintained and the staff were so helpful. It’s a peaceful distance from downtown but not too far. Everything is minutes away. 4 miles from Fall River entrance to RMNP. Slept with patio door open and slept peaceful with the sound of the stream!"

"We enjoyed our stay. If you’re looking for a nice quiet place to relax, take nice walks on the property, sit and read, this is your place. It absolutely has a B&B feel. It’s out of the way, but very close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. So…if you’re going to the national park, you’ll be at the entrance in 5-10 minutes, so very convenient. "Boulder Brook on Fall River is ideal if you’re looking for a great location on the edge of Estes Park town. Close to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mt NP, close to the river , and a quiet location it is ideal for a trip to the Rockies.
