"Rooms are definitely not worth the price and the only "on-site" parking is valet. The valet was super helpful, but the site said on-site parking. There is self parking a block or so away, for $30 per night. Valet parking is $50. I am disabled and on-site parking is important for this reason. Rooms are dingy and humid. If you are going to the port it is nearby and easy to get to. The breakfast was terrible, in a cramped area and it was uncomfortably warm. The staff was amazing though. It's unfortunate because for what they charge, they could update things. I am glad I was only staying one night."

"Room was gorgeous with a cool city view. Walkable area but not too far from anything. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect location if you’re headed on a cruise… I only stayed one night before going to a cruise but I would definitely come back."

"Rooms were simple and very clean. Tip - be sure to look up how to use the room lights, it’s a really neat!"

"It’s a cool hotel right in south beach. Beach is across the street. South beach is a bit chaotic itself but the hotel is decent apart from tiny bathrooms."

"A staff member (not housekeeping) let themselves into our room unannounced. When asked what she was doing i got no explanation. When i notified the front desk they offered no explanation either and did not seem concerned. We also had to go searching the floors for a working ice machine. "

"Waooo, staying here was an absolute blast! This hotel is easily 1A. From the exceptional staff to the high quality of the rooms, everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable, with so many great shops and restaurants just steps away. I also loved the pool area—it's a great spot to relax. For me, this is a 20/10 rating. I highly recommend it!"
